RETURNS & REFUNDS

For UAE orders, only faulty or damaged items can be returned. Otherwise, they can be exchanged with another item or another size. The item(s) must be returned to us within the first 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging.

If you have received an item that you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.

We provide free collection for the first return. From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 is applicable.

For international orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange any item, it will be treated as a return, and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME

We process all of our returns within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request
